FAQ
We’re excited to share our fresh, homemade bread with you. Below, you’ll find answers to some common questions about how to order, pick up, and enjoy your bread. If you need more information or have any special requests, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.

After you place your order on the website, you will be contacted with payment details and the pick-up address will be shared. For reference it is near the downtown Lancaster square. Pick-up is on Thursdays from 4-7pm. You can come anytime in the pickup window. When you arrive, your order will be on the front porch with your name on it. If you have any problems finding your order, please don’t hesitate to knock on the door and ask for my help.
Homemade bread does not have preservatives like store bought bread and therefore has a different shelf life. Your bread should be consumed within 5 days of picking up. To extend the life of your bread, pre-slice and freeze. When ready to enjoy, put it in the toaster on a low setting to thaw and it will taste as great as the day it was baked.
If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the pickup window, please text me at 214-735-7488. I ask that you do everything you can to respect the pickup window time. If you do not pickup in the allotted time and I do not hear from you after I text or call, I will assume you have forfeited your order. No refunds will be given for unclaimed bread.
Pre-orders open up on Friday morning for the following Thursday pick-up. My bread baking capacity is fixed each week so once I am sold out, pre-orders will close for that week. To guarantee bread it is best to pre-order early. Payment will need to be received by Tuesday at noon to secure your order.
